SIGATA 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
This Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies to all Meta ad management clients engaging with SIGATA for the first time. By participating in this Guarantee, clients agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
This Guarantee is applicable to all new Meta ad management clients for their first 30 days with SIGATA.
Clients must maintain a minimum ad spend of £5 per day during the 30-day period to qualify.
Success metrics will be determined and agreed upon during the initial discovery call and confirmed in the final proposal brief.
2. Success Metrics
Key success metrics (e.g., reach, clicks, ROI) will be defined based on the client’s ad spend, objectives, as well as other factors, and agreed-upon expectations during the discovery call.
SIGATA will provide a detailed performance report at the end of the 30-day period to validate outcomes.
3. Client Obligations
Clients may provide their own marketing materials or collaborate with SIGATA’s team to create these. This arrangement must be confirmed during the initial discovery call, or before the final proposal is approved.
Clients must respond to approval requests (e.g., campaign creatives, targeting changes) within 48 hours. Failure to do so may void the Guarantee, as timely approvals are critical for campaign success.
Ad Spend Maintenance: Clients must ensure their accounts have sufficient funds to maintain campaigns. Any interruptions due to insufficient funds may void the Guarantee.
Ad Spend Adjustments: Any changes to the agreed ad spend amount during the 30-day period must be communicated and approved by SIGATA. Reductions in daily ad spend may reduce results, and so may void the guarantee. Unapproved changes may void the Guarantee.
4. Exclusions
This Guarantee excludes circumstances where technical issues beyond SIGATA’s control occur, including:
Outages on Meta’s ad platform.
SIGATA operational equipment failures.
The Guarantee applies only to SIGATA’s service fee. Ad spend and creative costs are non-refundable. For example:
In a standard £750/month plan, £200 is allocated for the creation of three ad creatives. Should a refund be granted, £550 would be refunded as clients retain the right to use the designs created.
5. Claims Process
Clients must contact their account manager via email to request a refund. Refund requests can only be submitted after receiving the full performance report for the 30-day period.
Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the report.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days.
6. Free Trial Integration
If a 7-day free trial is offered, it will count as part of the 30-day Guarantee period. For example:
The first 7 days will constitute the free trial, and the remaining 23 days will constitute the standard paid plan under the Guarantee.
7. Discretion
SIGATA reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and adherence to these terms.
